Call Center - Lisbon phone with custom answering service

We will answer the phone on your behalf or on behalf of your company/association/brand, in Portuguese and according to the script you provide us with.
The service is provided on working days, between 9 am and 1 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm (Portugal - Lisbon hour).
Answering calls: "Good morning/afternoon, (your company name), how can I help you? (or something else you wish).
Follow-up: "...unavailable at the moment. Do you want to leave a message?" (or something else you wish), "...please hold, I am transfering the call".
Outside telephone answering hours: callers listen this recording: "Thank you for contacting us. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm. Please call back during these hours and we'll be happy to assist you. Thank you!".

You can choose one of the following forms of answering:
i) price of each answering: €1.50+VAT
- message taking: right after the call ends, we send a message to your email address (can be multiple) with the information we have collected (name, company, phone number and subjet);
ii) price of each answering: €2.00+VAT
- assisted call transfer: we answer your client and try to transfer the call to your landline or mobile phone number, while your client listens to music; if you can answer, we inform you of the name and subject and transfer the call; if not, we send you an email with the information collected;
- assisted call: you call the number assigned to you and request that we make a call to a given telephone number; We contact that number and transfer the call to you;
- registering information: in your database, CRM or calendar;
- providing interactive on-screen guidance;
- message taking with additional information.

- prepaid service: payment of the total amount is made when subscribing to the service (the monthly amount is indicated for information purposes);
- possible deposits to the account from which each service is debited: €20, €40, €80, €120 or €240 (+VAT);
‌- example for a 6-month contract where you top up your account with €20+VAT:
i) total initial price: €132 (telephone number and service activation) + €20 (deposit in the account for answerings) = €152+VAT
ii) balance after the first call: €20-€1.5=€18.5+VAT
iii) balance after the 13th call: €0.5 --> you need to top up the account
- answering is provided if there is enough balance in the account;
- the balance at the end of the contract is transferred to the next contract upon timely renewal of the service;
- VAT: 23%.
