Regardless of the number of users:
- 1st hour: €16
- each additional half hour: €6
Minimum reservation: 1 hour
Availability
Monday to Friday (except public holidays), from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Service
To use a meeting room you do not need to subscribe to any other service.
Your guests are welcomed and wait in the reception.
Meeting rooms
All meeting rooms are equal:
- plenty of natural light;
- capacity: 8 people;
- dimensions: 4.50 m x 3.20 m (15 m2);
- magnetic whiteboard;
- wifi internet access;
- air conditioning (or natural ventilation if preferred);
- waiting room;
- reception support.

Park your car free of charge in the building's garage during the meeting room booking time.

A 3-minute walk from Telheiras subway station.
Near the 2nd Circular, North-South and Av. Padre Cruz.

- smart tv (43") with hdmi cable included (7,5m): € 2.00/h
- A4 printing/photocopy: € 0.30/page
- A4 scanning:
- 1 or 2 pages: € 3.00;
- each additional page: € 0.80.

Meeting room reservations are made online (reservations via telephone or other means are not possible).
1. I consult the "Rooms availability" calendar on this page, to confirm if there is availability for the desired date and time.
2. If there is availability, I fill out and submit the "Room Reservation Request" form.
3. I make the payment.
