Conflict Resolution

1. The Customer may submit to LXoffice, complaint within 30 days of knowledge of the facts, to the email address [email protected].
The complaints received are handled in chronological order of entry registration and records of these complaints are kept.

3. The appeal to the Arbitral Court of Lisbon, occurs without prejudice to the appeal to the Judicial Court, in accordance with the Law, being competent the jurisdiction of the District of Lisbon, with express waiver of any other.
