Since 2007, we have been providing ready-to-use workspaces and services (virtual office, meeting rooms, telephone answering, telephone forwarding), under the LXoffices brand.
In 2019, the provision of services began to be carried out by the company LXoffice, Lda., based in Lisbon.
We have maintained strong real state portfolio occupancy which has never been below 96%.
Portfolio: 100% offices, located in 2 office buildings in Lisbon.
We see the workspace as a place to bring people together, create communities and increase productivity, with flexibility and cost efficiency. We believe in bringing comfort and happiness to the workplace.
In the area of virtual offices, LXoffice is the market leader in Portugal:
- largest number of clients;
- subscription of services through the site;
- only company that sends the image of the outside of the postal object received, at no extra cost;
- the only company that allows you to park your vehicle free of charge in the building's garage, to collect your mail.

The "LX" in "LXoffice" is a term commonly used to refer to Lisbon.
The origin of the term is believed to date back to the telegraphic codes used by postal and telecommunications services in the past, where "LX" was the code assigned to Lisbon. Today, it is a common element in company, brand and event names that have some relation to Lisbon.

We encourage the reduction of paper consumption through the digitalization of documents and the implementation of electronic processes. In addition, we seek to use environmentally sustainable and responsibly sourced products and materials in our projects.
- waste recycling: we implement recycling, encouraging employees to separate waste correctly and promoting reuse whenever possible.
